Alex Dutton - Creative Director / Producer

Alex is an experienced Series Producer and Director. Her credits include Britain's Best Walks and Best Walks With A View (ITV1), Meet The Izzards (BBC1), Ancient Impossible (Sky), Mankind (History) and Time Team (Channel 4).
As our Creative Director / Producer, Alex works across our development slate and upcoming projects.
Edward Mills - Editor/Camera Operator

Ed has been across both camera & editing during his time at Heart & Soul. He's worked on two ITV Walking shows, was the reversion & Online editor for My Autistic Big Brother & Me for BBC Wales, edited BBC4s A Slow Odyssey: The Great Wall of China & Channel 5's The Great Wall: The Making of China. In 2020-21, Ed was DoP on BBC Arena film B. Catling and Post-production Supervisor on feature-doc Arena Delia Derbyshire, which was released at The London Film Festival. Most recently he was DoP & Editor of BBC2s Ken Dodd: A Legacy of Happiness.
Rosie Harwood - Researcher

Rosie joined Heart & Soul in August 2022 after completing a first-class degree in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge. Rosie has already gained experience from her time as Junior Researcher for the 2019 documentary A Slow Odyssey: The Great Wall of China, to her role devising original content and events for the 2022 Watersprite Film Festival. Since joining the team, Rosie has been been our Researcher & Production-Coordinator for BBC2s Ken Dodd: A Legacy of Happiness.
Jenny Sutton - Production Manager

Jenny has overseen Heart & Soul’s production department over the last decade, from Britain's Best Walks back in 2016/17, to A Slow Odyssey: The Great Wall of China in 2019. Jenny's other Production Manager credits including our C5 1x90’ doc, The Great Wall: The Making of China, two feature-doc BBC Arena Films in 2021 - Delia Derbyshire: The Myths and the Legendary Tapes, and B.Catling: Or Where Does It All Come From, and most recently BBC2s Ken Dodd - A Legacy of Happiness.
Ada Barumé - Researcher

Ada first worked with the Heart & Soul team in 2019. With her experience in cutting edge journalism, translation skills (fluent in both Spanish and French) and her 1st Class degree from Cambridge University in Human, Social and Political Sciences, Ada has been a fantastic addition to the H&S gang as a Trainee Researcher.
Georgia Robson - Production Co-ordinator

Georgia joined Heart & Soul as Researcher on Britain's Best Walks. Since then, she was Researcher & Production-Coordinator on two BBC Arena feature-docs - Delia Derbyshire: The Myths and the Legendary Tapes, and B.Catling: Or Where Does It All Come From, as well as BBC2s Ken Dodd: A Legacy of Happiness. She has also proven her skills in other areas of production, with her proudest moment being when she recorded audio of Sir David Attenborough for the Lyme Regis Museum.
